Reset discount code for ambassador
To reset a discount code for an ambassador:
- Find the discount code in Shopify Admin > Discounts and delete it
- Find the ambassador in ConvertOut and click the Edit icon.
Click update next to their promo code:
- Type in the promo code you'd like the ambassador to have. You can use the same code you deleted in step #1
