Reset password for ambassador, forgot password

Ambassadors can reset their password on the portal. 

Go to your ambassador portal and click the "Already have an account"

Click the forgot password button next: 

Fill out the form to send a password reset email: 

Please advise the ambassador to check spam for their password reset email. 

Once they've reset their password, they will be able to login.
