Getting 404 Page Not Found Error On Portal

If you have a password on your store, this might cause problems. Try removing the password from your store. 

Otherwise, try out these steps: 

Go to your Shopify admin > Apps. 

Click on the About text next to ConvertOut 

Make sure your proxy URL is set to /apps/convertout 

If it's not, click Customize URL and change it.

If you're still having problems, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
